Consistency Over Intensity

If the maximum amount of pull-ups you can do is 10, do 5 so you can continue to work out and have more volume.

You should have the right amount of difficulty, but it's not so difficult that you go into stress and it's not so easy that you're bored. It's the right amount of challenge.

If the challenge is too high, you will meet anxiety, but it's too low, you will feel bored. Training should be addictive.

Don't go into anxiety, because if you do, you have to convince yourself to do it again after that, but if training is addictive and fun, you want to go training and do a lot of it, and the more you train the better you become.

I am a big believer in CONSISTENCY OVER INTENSITY.

The philosophy of consistency over intensity says that it's better to start with a routine that is easy, practical, and enjoyable. Why? Because the easier and more enjoyable the activity, the more likely you are to stick to it over the long run.

Are you addicted to training yet?
